New addition to London’s Charlotte street from flower burger. The Italian plant based brand is renowned for its vivid rainbow burgers and desserts. Starting its journey in Milan Flower Burger quickly became a hotspot and expanded across France and Italy. Now in collaboration with F&B operator Gerry’s Group these colourful vegan burgers are available in London. 

The eye catching burgers bun come in every colour of the rainbow and are made from natural extract. The menu will feature their classic Flower Burger (seitan and red kidney bean patty served in a purple bun) along with other choices like Cherry Bomb (lentil and basmati rice patty in a pink bun coloured with beetroot).

New to the menu and exclusive on the UK menu will be the Jungle Burger – vivid green bun made with spirulina and turmeric extract with red bean and oat patty topped with their signature “Flower Cheddar” and a smoky BBQ sauce. The buns get their colour from natural extracts like : vivid yellow (turmeric), green (spirulina), violet (cherry), and purple bun (blackcurrant). 

The vegan patties inside the bun are all made in house using fresh vegetables, cereals and legumes with no use of chemical additives. Burgers are paired with sides such as potato wedges, edamame beans and patatas bravas. 

 

Finish off the burger meal with vegan desserts. The menu features dishes such as ‘Coco-nuts’ which are raw vegan dessert made with creamy coconut heart, espresso coffee, cocoa roasted hazelnuts and a vegan chocolate glaze and Chocolate Salami” is a dark chocolate log made with soy milk, wholewheat biscuits and oat flake.

Designed in partnership with Italian architect Andrea Langhi, the interiors complement the colour palette of the food. Offering a playful space filled with kaleidoscopic graphics and colours. Huge mural of the Beatles’ Yellow Submarine go would not go amiss, even the seating is fun, with swing table and candy coloured swinging chairs, Spread over 2 floor Flower Burger setas 65, there is also option to dine al fresco in the fully heated and covered terrace.
